Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Processing times may increase during releases or high-volume periods.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address will not be refunded or replaced.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped. If tracking shows “delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order is in the carrier’s possession. No refunds or replacements will be issued.
